Shipping Information

Shipping for the products is expected to take about 20 days on average. We currently only ship domestically in Malaysia, both West and East. 

Our shipping rate is RM10 per product, and additional RM5 per extra product added.
(e.g. 1 product = RM10, 2 products = RM15, 3 products = RM20 and etc.)

Return Policy 

A customer must report to our customer service contact for reporting the faulty product so that we can advise you the best possible action to be taken for a smooth return process. 

A customer will have 21 days to return the product if it is found to be faulty or broken at first few usage. The customer will need to simply mail the faulty product to us within 21 days with the original receipt so that we can initiate the exchange process immediately.
